Ana Luísa Gomes is a Legal Senior Associate of PwC Portugal in the Labour Law Practice Area.
Ana Luísa Gomes practice is mainly focused on day-to-day labour consultancy for national and multinational companies in various sectors of activity, namely in the signing and execution of labour contracts, conduct of disciplinary proceedings and redundancy and collective dismissal proceedings, negotiation of agreements for termination of labour contracts, including monitoring of litigation and labour or administrative proceedings.
She also has experience in the transfer of establishments and or economic units and in corporate restructuring.
Her experience also includes practice in Insolvency Law and Corporate Recovery.
