Ana Margarida Morais

Ana Margarida is a Senior Manager of the Transfer Pricing tax department of PwC Portugal.

As part of the Transfer Pricing team, she has been providing a range of consulting services to large multinational corporate clients across a wide range of industries.

Ana Margarida has been involved in compliance projects, restructuring and planning projects and audit defense settlements with Tax Authorities. She has also already worked with a range of multinational enterprises to assist them in pricing and structuring their intercompany transactions, reassessing their value chain and defining their internal transfer pricing policies. She has also experience with unilateral advanced pricing agreements as well as mutual agreement procedures negotiations.

Ana Margarida has also been nominated to provide internal training sessions, as well as to provide technical sessions to clients.
