Ana Silva

Ana is a PwC team player since 2002. After consolidating her experience as external auditor in the first 4 years, she started to be involved in her first deals in 2006, as part of the Transaction Services team, and she loved the experience. Since then, she has accumulated an extensive experience in a transactional environment, assisting both corporate clients and private equity funds in more than 150 deals, on a wide range of industries.

Ana has complementary experience in post-deal integration, carve-outs, SPA review, profitability analysis, business plan reviews, litigation support, fraud investigations, valuation, among other.
