Andreia Prado da Silva has been dedicating her entire career to Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and has been participating in several Corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisition and sale of companies, company reorganizations, mergers and demergers.
Her experience also includes ongoing assistance to companies in the area of Corporate Law and has also been providing legal assistance to family businesses, notably in generational transition and family protocols.

Professional background
Before joining PwC’s Legal services (previously CCR Legal), she worked as a legal counsel at Brisa-Auto Estradas de Portugal in the New Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)’s field.
Between 2017 and 2023, she worked as a Trainee and Associate Lawyer at Garrigues’ Law firm, in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department.
