Bernardo Correia da Silva has worked in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Commercial Contracts, providing legal advice to national and foreign clients, namely in the purchase and sale of shareholdings, shareholders' agreements, mergers, demergers and other corporate reorganisation operations in various sectors of activity.
He also provides day-to-day advice in the area of Corporate Law and negotiates contracts in the area of Real Estate, including purchase and sale, leasing and the provision of services.
Before joining PwC’s Legal services (previously CCR Legal), he was a legal counsel at the Altri Group, where he worked in the areas of Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Commercial Contracts and Real Estate.
Between 2019 and 2021 he was an associate lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados, where he was part of the Commercial, Corporate and M&A team.
He began his professional career as a lawyer at Miranda & Associados, where he worked in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law.
