Diana Carvalhido Silva

Diana Carvalhido Silva is a member of the Transaction Services department at PwC Portugal, Angola and Cape Verde.

She has a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto and has a specialization in Corporate Finance from CEMAF / ISCTE. Diana joined PwC in 2004, in the Advisory/Deals area, having accumulated over the years a vast experience in Transactions, in the various phases of the Deal Continuum.

Diana has advised corporate clients and investment funds in some of the most relevant Transactions that have taken place over the years in Portugal. Diana is involved in a variety of buyer-side and seller-side due diligence processes, including financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assistance, SPA support and carve-out reviews, having advised clients on over 100 Transactions throughout your career.
