Diogo started his career in PwC as an auditor in 2009. Two years later, he joined the Transaction Services team and has, since then, acquired a solid experience in due diligence processes.
He was involved on more than 50 transactions for several clients, acting both on buy and sell side engagements, including some of the privatisations occurred in Portugal.
