Fernando Vasconcelos

Fernando Vasconcelos is a Partner in the Management Consulting area at PwC, responsible for the Financial Services sector of the Advisory department.

Fernando has been with PwC since 2010. In his career, he has participated in several audit and consulting assignments both in Portugal and Angola, focusing both on risk and technology related projects in banks.

He was responsible for several data warehouse implementation projects for regulatory reporting, as well as the development and implementation of a regulatory reporting tool for several clients, covering reports on capital requirements, impairment, stress testing and operational risk.

Fernando has also lead or participated in 6 Asset Quality Review Programmes promoted by the Portuguese, Angolan and European Central Banks and namely in Mbcp. 

Besides the projects mentioned above, he has significant experience in business consulting projects such as finance transformation, process reengineering, compliance assessments, report validation and reconciliation and others.
