Gonçalo Almeida

Gonçalo Almeida is a Director in the Forensic Services area of the Advisory department.

Gonçalo has been with PwC since 2013 and has extensive experience in investigations, litigation support and implementation of anti-corruption procedures, including the following areas:

• Investigation of management acts, suspected fraud and other irregularities;
• Support in litigation processes between partners;
• Support in the implementation of anti-bribery and anti-corruption procedures under the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption and ISO 37001;
• Support in processes resulting from commercial transactions/contracts;
• Compliance audits regarding the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (“FCPA”) and UK Bribery Act.

Gonçalo is also (i) the responsible for the implementation and management service of whistleblowing channels that PwC has made available to clients for around 10 years and (ii) trainer on the various topics indicated above.
