Helena Martins Pinto is a Legal Senior Associate at PwC Portugal in the Public Law and Data Protection practice area.
Her legal practice focuses, mainly, in Public and Regulatory Law, working with private companies and public entities.
She also participated in due diligences and provided legal advice in a variety of matters related to public procurement, environmental law and industrial licensing procedures.
Before joining PwC’s Legal services, she was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados, in the Public Law department.
Between 2021 and 2024 she worked, as a lawyer and trainee lawyer, in the Administrative and Public Procurement department of PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Advogados.
