Hernani started his professional career in 2004 and gained significant experience in advising public and private sector clients on procurement, investment and restructuring in multiple infrastructure sectors.
He has direct experience of implementing and advising on a variety of complex capital programmes in both the public and private sector. His industry and consulting experience spans major capital projects in multiple sectors, including energy, healthcare, oil & gas, utilities and transportation.
