Mariana Pizarro

Mariana Pizarro is a Director of the Transfer Pricing tax department of PwC Portugal.

She has an extensive experience in projects covering design and development of tax effective intra group transaction structures, evaluation of the clients’ transfer pricing policies, implementing intercompany pricing and cost sharing arrangements with intra group domestic and cross border transactions. She has been involved in projects for highlight opportunities to rationalize an organization and introduce new operating methods that optimally allocate functions, and consequently profits, amongst multinationals.

Mariana Pizarro is a speaker in transfer pricing-related courses, seminaries and conferences.

She collaborates in Post-graduations and Executive MBA as a lecturer of transfer pricing. Mariana Pizarro is also a transfer pricing trainer at PwC’s Academy.
