Nuno Costa Reis has been dedicating his professional career to Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), acting in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including the acquisition and sale of companies, mergers, demergers, as well as implementations and reorganizations of corporate structures, across several sectors.
He also participated in several real estate transactions, providing legal assistance in all its aspects, from the corporate implementation of the transaction, to the negotiation of the conditions, preparation of contracts, and monitoring of the final act of the transaction.

Professional background
Before joining PwC’s Legal services (previously CCR Legal), he collaborated between 2019 and 2021 in the Corporate and M&A and Real Estate teams of CCA Law Firm’ office.
From 2014 to 2019, he worked as an Associate Lawyer of Corporate & M&A team at Telles de Abreu & Associados’ law firm.
He started his professional practice, as lawyer, on 2010 at Garrigues, where he collaborated in Corporate and M&A teams and as of 2012 he joined the law firm Pereira Branco & Associados.
