Rita Figueiredo

After a journey of 4 years in audit, Rita joined the Transaction Services team of PwC in 2008.

Since then, Rita has developed a strong experience in due diligence projects advising national and international clients in several industries such as energy, financial services, construction, Real Estate, amongst other.

She was involved on more than 70 transactions for several clients, acting both on buy and sell side engagements, including some of the privatisations occurred in Portugal.
