Tiago Abade is a Legal Director at PwC Portugal and responsible for the Public Law and Data Protection area. He has been dedicating his career to Public & Administrative Law, Regulatory and Data Protection, working with private companies and public entities.

In previous professional positions, Tiago Silva Abade has participated in the amendments to a wide number of laws related to his core competences, including the Portuguese Procurement Law, the Portuguese Judiciary Reform, the Administrative Process Law, the Code of Procedure of the Administrative Courts and the EU Data Protection Package where it is included the proposed law regarding GDPR.
