Social Security – New Annex SS for self employees

In brief

Decree 249/2021, of 12 November, published in the Official Gazette, approves a new form RC 3048-DGSS, commonly designated as Annex SS (“Anexo SS”), and respective filing instructions.

Self employees shall fill Anexo SS to report the annual gross income earned in 2021 and following years, as per article 152 no. 2 of the Social Security Code.

Annex SS should be filed with the Personal Income Tax return (“Modelo 3”).
