Withholding tax rates – 2020

It was published Order nr. 785/2020, of 21 January, from the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, which approves the withholding tax rates for the year 2020.

In detail

These rates apply to employment income and pension income, earned by individuals resident for tax purposes in Portugal (except those resident in the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira).
